All the products shown on our webpage are available with no delay unless otherwise mentioned. In case something appear and we cannot deliver, we will pay you back all amount.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If an ordered item does not meet your requirements, you can return the item within 14 days after receipt of the goods by returning the goods.
You can return a non-personalized item within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs for the return shipment will be borne by you.
You will receive the return accept by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), only upon request. Please make request HERE .
The products must be in unused condition.
The repayment will be made within 10 working days, after the goods receipt.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
Regarding possible reclamations, Lingerie-Warehouse.com follows the Romanian law (http://www.anpc.gov.ro/). Always contact us at email@example.com prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within a total of 14 days and with an explanation of the damage or defect.
